Important Information for Visitors and Stallholders: 

We encourage you to allow children the freedom to create their own market experience, immersing themselves in the joy of being a “business owner.” We hope that stallholders will also engage as participants in the festival, enabling them to connect with others and gain diverse experiences. The secure environment and familiar campus community provide a comfortable space for children to interact freely.

This event is open to the public for free. To ensure an enjoyable experience, please bring at least three idle items as your admission ticket to participate in the large family idle exchange.

Guidelines for  Visitors and Stallholders :

Please prepare your own promotional materials and props to set up your booth. 

Please bring your own water bottle; Water dispensers will be available for convenience.

The final interpretation on the event is reserved for the organisers. 

Notifications regarding the successful review of tickets will be sent via SMS, and the registration deadline is at 23:59 October 25.

Note (the Second-Hand Idle Trading and Flea Market Area):

Stallholders and customers are free to buy, sell, or exchange items!

The following items are prohibited including wholesale products, items unsuitable for children, religious materials, alcoholic beverages, unrelated items, and divination services.

Each stall space measures 1.5m x 1.5m and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Stallholders may share their space. The basic stall configuration includes two folding frames (which can be used for display or seating). If setting up on the lawn, stallholders must prepare their own ground covering. Stallholders are required to confirm that their designated area has available space before setting up and must follow the directions of the staff.

The festival centered around family participation, focusing on environmental protection, charity, and education.

The “Sustainable Future Festival” is a major initiative targeting urban families and school faculty and students. It is a collaborative effort between schools and local communities, designed to raise awareness among youth and local families about environmental concerns and social issues, etc. Starting from schools and extending into the community, it seeks to explore innovative ideas. 

We aspire to leverage the influence of Nord Anglia Schools and the creativity of youth to foster ongoing, interactive relationships through collaboration. We aim to empower participants to bring sustainable concepts and progressive perspectives back to their communities, ultimately promoting societal adoption of low-carbon, sustainable, and benevolent principles.
